Nothing focuses your learning like having children, because you can only teach what you know.
I appreciated this lesson as my older daughter is able to repeat almost any vocabulary word I say to her. Which shows that my own is lacking. (I’ve been taking a Great Course as a result.)
Most of what I learned was at the right time. You can only learn so much at a time, after all, and it takes a while to build your skills.
God / the Universe has revealed to me the right information at the right time.
There is one skill I learned later in life, and it would have been important to know sooner.
The power of breathing.
The Wim Hof Breathing Course really has changed my life more than almost anything else. Because if you control your breathing, you’ll never lose control of your life, because your life is your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
