Gaten Matarazzo of Stranger Things is a producing a show with Netflix where they lie to struggling working people about being hired. This is done to “prank them.”
According to Denise Petski of Dealine, preying on vulnerable working people is HILARIOUS:
Each episode of this terrifying and hilarious prank show takes two complete strangers who each think they’re starting their first day at a new job. It’s business as usual until their paths collide and these part-time jobs turn into full-time nightmares.
Other executive producers of this “prank” show include Ben Silverman, Howard Owens, Kevin Healy, and Rob Hyde.
Netflix and the liberal elite in media despise regular Americans, as this disgusting show proves.

Adding to the humiliation, these working Americans may lose out on unemployment benefits by accepting the fake job.
This is an extra layer of wrong if the prank victim was utilizing their unemployment insurance.
This could cost them a full week in lost wages…not to forget not being able to reclaim the insurance again possibly.
Potential for real harm here.

What a moron. This show needs to go away and so does anyone who thinks this is entertainment.

Hey, how about a prank show where the IRS freezes all Gaten Matarazzo’s assets…for about a year!
Larry Phillips says
Let’s prank Netflix and quit watching it.

I don’t know why even the tiniest bit of controversy always has to be exploited for partisanship. Liberal elite? Being a gross human being has nothing to do with being a liberal, but I can’t say the same thing about a petty partisan constructing straw men.

What kind of sick mind thought this was funny? Wouldn’t it be funny to fire these sadistic people on camera?
Jonny says
Ok
Having now watched this.
1. The jobs were advertised as one day /one night gigs. They we’rnt long term jobs.
2. Its fake anyway and the marks themselves are actors. (admittedly very bad actors)
The entire show is fake because the personal risk liabilities would be too high to take with unsuspecting members of the public.
3. Its just another crap Netflix Production riding on the Stranger Things brand.
