After Flynn refused to lie for prosecutors (Van Grack), they retaliated by: 1) Reversing course and labeling Flynn a co-conspirator 2) Improperly contacted Flynn’s son 3) Put Flynn’s son on the witness list for intimidation purposes (never called as a witness)

“The govt’s tactics in relation for Mr. Flynn’s refusal to ‘compose’ for the prosecution is a due process violation that can and should be stopped dead in its tracks by this Court”

Angel says
People assume that my support for Trump is unbreakable, they are wrong. I want him to prove that he will stand up against a broken system. Yes, I know everything that he has accomplished or at least attempted to accomplish. I haven’t agreed with his every-move, but he has accomplished more than I could have ever hoped. With that said, if/when Flynn is convicted, I expect a full pardon. Believe it or not, that would be a deal breaker for me. No pardon, no vote.
I have to add, I do feel like Trump will pardon him and I would be extremely shocked if he didn’t.
