Today the highly secretive FISA court published an order whipping James Comey for the fraud he perpetuated on the American people.
- This order responds to reports that personnel of the FederalBureau of Investigation(FBI) provided false information to the National Security Division(NSD ) of the Department of Justice, and withheld material information from NSD which was detrimental to the FBI’ s case, in connection with four applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) for authority to conduct electronic surveillance of a U. S. citizen named Carter W . Page. When FBI personnel misleadNSD in the ways described above, they equally mislead the FISC.
Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey lied to the American people by falsely claiming the FBI strictly followed the law when obtaining a FISA warrant on Carter Page.
Chris Wallace made the classic "stick to your notes" mistake and he missed this stunning admission.
Comey admitted there were bigger mistakes made under his watch than the FISA fraud.
Wallace did not think to follow-up.

The FISA Court order also shows that the media committed fraud on the public for years by claiming the FISA process was following:
- The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the OIG report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above. The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable. The FISC expects the government to provide complete and accurate information in every filing with the Court. Without it , the FISC cannot properly ensure that the government conducts electronic surveillance for foreign intelligence purposes only when there is a sufficient factual basis
The FISA Court has ordered the FBI to file a report under oath.
Which won’t matter, because the FBI will lie yet again, and the FISA Court will continue as usual.
1) It's great that the FISA court slammed the FBI and acknowledged the obvious–that deceiving a surveillance court is a grave thing. But the follow on order is pathetic, as it is essentially: Please tell us how you intend to do better. Really?

The media and intelligence community hoaxed the nation for years.
We must never trust anyone from the FBI (do they even stop terrorist attacks, or are they too busy spying on American citizens).

The media also deserves utter contempt for supporting these unlawful practices by the FBI and others within the Department of Justice.

Court orders remedial measures.
There is also a December 5 FISC Order – currently pending classification review – discussing the court's "concerns"
No mention of individual accountability.

Order for plans to ensure FBI Apps are accurate.
The FISA "procedures" are already robust. FBI Agents already swear under perjury that the application is true.
Procedures won't fix corruption – only harsh accountability will do that. pic.twitter.com/Pykz6aCm24
